The breakfast was painfully disappointing, lacking any eggs or fresh produce. And don't even get me started on the air conditioning debacle. It hardly worked. I would have expected a room upgrade after all these inconveniences, but no special treatment was offered. I almost considered leaving a good review but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Such a very nice stay on holidays. Everything was really good, impeccably clean hotel, comfortable location somewhere in the 'ouchy' district. Generous and reasonably good selection for breakfast with meats and cheeses, for instance. Helpful and caring staff and management. Location not far from the conference center, shops, and the old town, train station, and lake front. For tea or coffee visit Vege Cafe nearby. Private parking under the property provided.

Staff Made My Stay Special
The hospitality I experienced was amazing. The staff was always ready with a smile, offering local tips and warm conversation. Plus, the peaceful courtyard was a beautiful retreat.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited, lacking fresh vegetables, and the atmosphere could have been enhanced with a bit more vibrancy.

The hotel has a unique retro style.
We rented three rooms, but only two had air conditioning, and when we requested a room change, they wanted to charge us. After expressing my frustration, they finally agreed to switch rooms, yet none of the air conditioners worked effectively, it was as if only fans were placed in the rooms. The gluten-free options were abysmal. Not even basic bread was available, disappointing for someone with dietary restrictions.
